Overview

When handling customer queries on WhatsApp, there are times when you need to coordinate with your team—whether it’s clarifying details, assigning tasks, or sharing updates. Instead of switching to another app or losing context, Private Notes let you keep these internal discussions right where they belong: inside your WhatsApp conversations in Periskope.

How to Create a Private Note

1️⃣ Open any WhatsApp chat or group in Periskope.

2️⃣ Click on the Private Note option in the message box. The message box turns yellow—this is your internal chat space.

3️⃣ Type your note and tag a teammate for quick collaboration.

4️⃣ Your teammate gets notified, and a task is automatically created for them.

With Private Notes, internal coordination happens within WhatsApp, helping teams respond faster while keeping conversations structured and efficient.
