2

Select the chats you want to send the message to

Clicking Add Chats opens a dropdown with three options:
  • Select chats - opens a modal where you can search and pick chats from your existing contacts.
  • Upload numbers / chat IDs - upload a CSV of phone numbers to reach contacts not yet in your chat list.
  • Select from saved chat lists - load a previously saved group of contacts instantly.

Select which phone number(s) to send from

Use the phone picker on the right side of the toolbar to choose which of your WhatsApp numbers to send from. You can select one or multiple phones. Periskope handles the routing automatically - no need to know which contacts exist on which phone.Select Any phone to let Periskope pick the most suitable number for each contact automatically.

If a contact cannot be reached from any of your selected phones, they will be flagged as a faulty chat before you send - giving you a chance to remove them from the list.
4

Draft a message or choose an existing template

Write your message in the Draft Message section. You can include text, emojis, images, videos, documents, and variables. To reuse a previously saved message, select it from the template picker.
Once you have a message you want to reuse, click Save template to save it for future broadcasts.

Choose a delivery mode and send

Click Preview & Send and choose a delivery mode:
  • Send now - sends the broadcast immediately.
  • Schedule once - pick a date and time to send the message once.
You can also set the delay between messages — the number of seconds Periskope waits before sending to the next contact. A longer delay reduces the chance of hitting WhatsApp rate limits.
