Export chat data, group members, contact attributes and files
Overview
Manage and export chat data, group member and contact attributes, media and files (coming soon) directly to your internal systems
Export Group Member Data
Navigate to the Chat List -> choose the chats and groups that you would like to export -> click on ‘Group Actions’ and ‘Export Groups’
Chat ID, Chat Name, Contact name & number, admin role and other details will be downloaded in a csv format
Export Chat Data
Navigate to the Chats-> choose the chats and groups that you would like to export -> click on ‘Export Chat’ on the sidepanel
