Walkthrough of the layout and features of the Chats screen
Overview
The chats screen is a single place to view and reply to real-time messages on chats, groups and communities across all connected WhatsApp numbers.
Admins can manage all chats (both existing and new) while members can only view and reply to chats they have been given access to. Manage member access to chats from the Chat List screen
On the Chats screen you can label and organise chats, reply to messages, create tickets and view mentions and media.

The chats screen is the main section where users can view messages across chats in real time, respond to messages and raise tickets.
Search and Filter
Use the powerful search and filter feature to help you slice chats by labels, last active, read status, assigned to and connected org phone
Chat RHS
The RHS panel of chats contains 6 tabs: overview, Hubspot, members, mentions, media and settings. You can also set multiple labels, create custom properties, view tickets and flagged messages
