Overview

The contacts screen is a single place to view and manage all your contacts

From this screen you can take actions like viewing all groups associated with a contact, marking contacts as internal or external, removing contacts from all groups in one-click, and settings labels by contacts.

Contacts Table

The contacts table is the main part of the screen. It shows a list of all contacts that across all connected WhatsApp numbers. The table has the following columns:

Search and Filter

Periskope provides a powerful search and filter feature for contacts

To search for a contact, type either the contact name or number. Periskope will automatically filter the list of contacts based on the search query.

To filter the list of contacts, click on the filter icon on the top right of the screen. You can filter the list of contacts based on Internal/External tag and any custom labels created.

Export

Select all contacts and click on the “Export” button at the top right to export all contacts into a csv
