Preferences

Organization
General
Update company name and logo from this section. You can also view the connected central WhatsApp number and the associated name from here.
Config
Manage your Organization settings from this section.
AI
- Enable AI Flagging
Allows your messages to be flagged by Periskope AI, helping you to attend to important messages.
Privacy and Display

Show Sender Names
Allows your messages to be be sent with the name of the member in your organization who sent the message. -
Mask User Phone Numbers
When activated, phone numbers are be masked for increased privacy.
Data

Allow Exports
Allows your organization members to export data from Periskope. -
Sync Phone Contacts
When this option is selected, you will be able to sync your phone contacts with Periskope.
Phones
Add multiple phones for your organization and connect them together on a single dashboard.
Team
Invite team members to Periskope, manage user permissions, and remove users from this section.
Admins have access to all the available groups but members can be given access to specific groups and chats they have been given access to. Read more about access controls under the ‘Manage Team Access’ section.
Labels
All active labels across groups, contacts, and tickets can be viewed, edited, and managed from this section. This screen also shows you how many groups, contacts, and tickets have been tagged to each label.

Manage all your quick replies to for faster communication on Whatsapp.

Create and manage custom properties for your chats and contacts.
