Chat List
Walkthrough of the layout and features of the Chat-List screen
Overview
The groups screen is a single place to manage all the chats groups that are synced with your connected WhatsApp number.
From this screen you can take actions like adding, removing members, changing group settings, viewing logs, and sending bulk messages.
Groups Table
The chats table is the main part of the screen. It shows a list of all chats and groups that are synced with your central WhatsApp number. The table has the following columns:
Group images are automatically synced from WhatsApp.
Group image cannot be edited from Periskope. If you wish to change it, please change it from WhatsApp.Group names are automatically synced from WhatsApp.
Group name cannot be edited from Periskope. If you wish to change it, please change it from WhatsApp.Groups can be assigned to projects for fine-grained access control. If you assign a group to a project, only members who have access to that project will be able to view and manage the group. Please note that admins have access to all projects by default.

Refers to the total number of numbers in the group.
Refers to the date & time of the last message sent or received in the group
Search and Filter
Periskope provides a powerful search and filter feature to help you slice the list of groups and chats.
To search a group, simply start typing in the search bar on the top left of the screen. Periskope will automatically filter the list of groups based on the search query.
To filter the list of groups, click on the filter icon on the top right of the screen. This will open a filter panel on the right side of the screen. You can filter the list of groups based on the following criteria:
You can filter the list of groups based on the project they are assigned to.
You can filter the list of groups based on whether the central number is admin or not
An alert symbol will be displayed next to any group where the central number is not admin. Please fix this to ensure that the central number can take actions like adding / removing members.You can filter the list of groups based on the date & time of the last message sent or received in the group. For example, you can filter the list of groups to show only those groups that have been active in the last 7 days
