# Fix "Not receiving notifications on Periskope"

> Guide to enable Periskope notifications on different devices

    In order to enable Periskope notifications on iOS device, you'll need to follow these steps -

    In this doc, we provide instructions on how to clear data for Periskope on iOS browsers to prevent uninterrupted access to app.

    ## Enable notifications on iOS

    In iOS, notifications can only be enabled for the Periskope App PWA, not for other browser.

        3. Find and tap on **Periskope**

        4. Toggle the switch to enable notifications for Periskope

        5. Enable **Declarative Web Push** and **Notifications**

    ## Enable notifications for Periskope App

        1. Delete Periskope bookmark from your home screen

        1. Open the Safari app
        2. Go to [Periskope](https://console.periskope.app)
        3. Tap the **Share** button (the square with an arrow pointing up)
        4. Select **Add to Home Screen**

        6. Also, enable notifications for Periskope from topbar

      For older versions of iOS, you might need to enable notifications differently in Settings. Please refer the following image -

    ## Enable notifications for Periskope App

    For chrome, specific website data cannot be removed. So, we'll need to clear all browsing data in case of Periskope App crashes.

        4. Save the site as a shortcut on your home screen
        5. Enable notifications when prompted

        2. Click **Allow** to enable notifications
