# Fix "Can't use Periskope due to App crashes"

> Guide to fix app crashes across different devices

    Periskope app crashes usually occur due to memory allocated to the App.

    ## Clear Specific Website Data (periskope.app)

    ### Safari on iOS -

        Remove individual sites by tapping the red minus icon.
        Or scroll down and tap Remove All Website Data to clear all.

    ## Clear all website data

    ### Chrome on iOS -

    For chrome, specific website data cannot be removed. So, we'll need to clear all browsing data in case of Periskope App crashes.

        2. Tap three-dot menu at bottom-right
        3. Tap **Delete browsing data** from the list

        2. **Cookies, Site Data**
        3. **Cached Images and Files**
        4. Saved Passwords (optional)
        5. Autofill Data (optional)
        6. Tabs (optional)
